Appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules are governed by branch policies and cutoff windows shown during booking and in your account.

Branch operations may update service availability, pricing, and staffing based on branch conditions. Material changes will be reflected in booking details.

These terms are provided as a baseline and should be validated against applicable Somalia consumer and e-commerce requirements before production release.
