Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and reschedule cutoffs are enforced per appointment based on the policy window configured for the service and branch.
Self-service cancellation or reschedule may be unavailable once the policy deadline passes. In that case, contact reception directly.
No-show handling and operational exceptions are logged for branch operations and quality control.
Final customer-facing policy wording, penalties, and refund language should be confirmed by management and legal counsel before launch.
