Gift Card Terms

Gift cards may be purchased for supported branches and redeemed against eligible services, products, and booking totals where the checkout flow allows it.

Balances are stored in the account ledger and reduced when a redemption is applied. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

Redemption codes should be treated as sensitive value-bearing credentials. If a code is lost or misused, contact support so the account can be reviewed.

These terms are a launch baseline for Bosaso and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public release.
