Loyalty Terms

Loyalty points are earned from qualifying completed visits and may be adjusted for cancellations, refunds, or manual corrections when required.

Tier thresholds and reward rules can change as the program evolves. Any change should be reflected in the loyalty dashboard and supported by admin controls.

Points, tiers, and reward eligibility are not cash equivalents and may not be transferable unless the program rules explicitly allow it.

These terms are a launch baseline for Bosaso and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public release.
