SalonFlow Bosaso processes booking and profile data to provide appointment scheduling, reminders, and account management for our Somalia operations. We apply role-based access controls and audit logging for sensitive operations.

Data categories include contact details, booking history, consent records, and operational notes needed for service delivery.

You may request data export and account deletion/anonymization through support. Requests are logged and processed according to applicable data protection and record-retention obligations.

We do not include sensitive personal details in SMS notifications and limit data exposure in logs to the minimum necessary.

This policy is a deployment baseline for Bosaso and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
