Open your account booking details and use Reschedule or Cancel. Actions are available only before policy cut-off windows.

SalonFlow schedules reminders around your appointment time through the notification scheduler and dispatch pipeline.

Can I choose a specific stylist?

Yes. During booking, available stylists are filtered by selected branch and service eligibility.

Why are some slots unavailable?

Availability considers branch hours, special closures, staff eligibility, time off, and existing appointments.

How is my consent tracked?

Marketing and policy consent changes are recorded in your profile and stored as immutable consent history records.
